Additional information
Foreign passports can be authenticated by any District People's Committee in Hai Duong province with no need of consular legalization. Vietnamese investors may submit Vietnamese ID card instead of passport.
Investors may request to authenticate as many copies of a document as they wish. Please note that the District People's Committee will keep one authenticated copy of each document for archives.
