Additional information

After receiving "Decision on land lease price" from Hai Duong Department of Finance, Hai Duong Department of Natural resources and Environment will prepare "Land Lease Contract" and inform investor to come to sign the Contract. In this contract, investor can choose the form of payment: annual payment or one time payment for all land lease period.

After signing the contract, each parties will keep 01 original version for archives. Then the Department will has responsibility to prepare and send 1 full set of dossiers to Hai Duong Department of Tax for defining amount of land lease money investor needs to pay.
