Additional information

After received "Announcement on land measuring and setting up land recovery profile" and dossiers from investor, District People's Committee will decide to set up "Compensation and Ground clearance Council", of which investor or investor's representative is a member.
The Compensation and Ground clearance Council will, in close cooperation with the investor (or investor's representative), prepare:
- Compensation, support and resettlement Plan (including name and address of person/household having recovered land; areas, types of land, location, original of land, number and quality of remain assets on land; basis for calculating compensations; amount money of compensation and support; plan for resettling, moving assets on land, grave etc)
- Obtain opinions of the owner(s) and user(s) of the project land plot and other related persons on the Plan .
- Finalize and submit the Plan to Hai Duong Department of Natural Resources and Environment for investigation.
* Document "Map of location, boundaries and areas of the recovered land plot for investment implementation" will be provided by District People's Committee. This land plot has already in the annual plan of using land of District and Province.
