Subject to Article 44, Law on Enterprise No.68/2014/QH13 dated 26/11/2014 of National Assembly, enterprise has right to decide about the form, number and contents of the seal.
Before using, enterprise needs to make an announcement of seal sample to Business Registration Division to publicize into National Information on Business Registration.
