Investor needs to provide:

includes: a) Name of the enterprise; (b) Addresses of the head office of the ent erprise, branch, representative office; (c) Lines of business; (d) Charter capital in the case of a limited liability company or partnership; quantity of shares and value of share capital already contributed and quantity of shares to be issued in the case of a shareholding company; initial investment capital in the case of a private enterprise; legal capital in the case of an enterprise engaged in a line of business for which legal capital is required. (e) Names, addresses, nationalities, number s of people’s identity cards, passports or other lawful personal identification of th e owner, founding members or shareholders; (f) Full name permanent address, nationality, number of people’s identity card, passport or other lawful personal identification of the legal representative of the enterprise; (g) Place of business registration.

Costs are variable subject to the length of news, the number of issues to be published (normally it is required to publish in 3 consecutive issuance) and the pricing policies of each newspaper. However, in Hai Duong City, the fee level is from 150.000 VND to 250.000 VND per issuance.

Within thirty (30) days from the date of issuance of Investment Certificate (for the first time investors or amended for existing investors), the Company's information must be published in the network of information on a written or electronic newspaper in three consecutive issues as regulated in Articles 28, Law on Enterprises No.60/2005/QH11 dated 29/11/2005 of National Assembly.
