Additional information

Within 30 working days after receiving Investment Certificate, investor needs to contact to Business Registration Division - Hai Duong's DPI for establishing company.

After received fully dossiers from investor, Business Registration Division - Hai Duong's DPI will send all investor information to Hai Duong Department of Tax through internal network for issuing Tax code. Hai Duong Department of Tax will issue Tax code to investor as soon as receive information from Business Registration Division.

Within 03 working days, investor will receive Certificate of company establishment.
