Application for issuing Construction permit (original)
2.
Land Use Right Certificate and assets attached on land (Simple copy)
3.
Investment registration certificate (IRC) (an authentic copy)
4.
Enterprise registration certificate (ERC) (Simple copy)
5.
Investment Project (Simple copy)
(This dossier include all documents investors submited to Hai Duong's DPI before. Those documents need to be put into one file, and we call this is "Investment Project")
and 02 set of Conceptual drawings profile, each includes:
1.
The Master Plan drawing of the project or each stage of the project, ratio 1/100 - 1/500 (original)
2.
The plan drawing of each work on the land plot, ratio 1/100 - 1/500 & map of the work location (original)
3.
Drawing of main vertical and horizontal sides of each work, ratio 1/50 - 1/200 (original)
4.
Drawing of each work's foundation, ratio 1/100-1/200 and its horizontal side, ratio 1/50 (original)
5.
The connecting map to technical system, ratio 1/50 - 1/200 (original)
(such as: rain water drainage, waste water treatment, water & electric supply and communication)
B. Depends on construction location, scale, characteristic of the work, supplement:
1.
Map of fire preventing & fighting system ratio 1/50 - 1/200 (original)
2.
Approval paper of investor on technical design and construction drawings. (original)

3.
Report on the result of technical design and construction drawings (original)
(implemented by State management Organs on Construction or Consultancy Organizations which have fully capacity as regulated by Laws (In detail, see additional information)
4.
Maps of some main bearing structures (original)
(signed & sealed by Designer and Design Organization)
5.
Decision of approval on Detail construction planning (the Master site) (Simple copy)
6.
Approval paper of investor on Constructing methods (original)
(to ensure the safety for the work and neighbour works)
7.
List of capacities and experiences of Designer and Design Organizations (original)
8.
Business registration of Design consultancy, Building survey contractor (an authentic copy)
9.
Practicing certificate of Designers and Design's Directors. (an authentic copy)
