Costs

Investor shall pay compensation and support amounts to land users and cost of land clearance to the Compensation and Ground clearance Council as stated in the approved plan on compensation, support and settlement .

The compensation and ground clearance Council in close cooperation with investor to do some works as follow:
- Publicize the Compensation, support & resettlement Plan at Commune People's Committee.
- Make payment of compensation, support and resettlement.
Upon completion, investor will receive "Payment receipt on compensation, support, and resettlement".
