Existing investors

For investor who has already set up a company and put into operation, but now would like to change or adjust the contents, purposes and scales of the project in order to adapt with their current situation, they can just simply register with competent Authority Organs for issuing amendment Investment Certificate.

Besides changing the contents of business registration , investor can also register to change the Company's form or implement re-register the Company (for the Company established before July 1st, 2006) so as to suit with the Law on Investment of 2005.

Detail guidance for each case are mentioned below.

Amendment of Investment Certificate (business registration contents)
Existing investors can adjust or amend their business registration or contents of their projects, such as:
- Change the Company's name
- Change the Company's address
- Change the Company's legal representative
- Change or supplement the Company's business lines
- Increase or decrease the Company's charter capital
- Change the project's objectives and scale.

Company Conversion
Existing investors can regist to convert the enterprise's form as follows:
- Convert the Company from One member into Two member or more Limited Company.
- Convert the Company from Two member or more/Joint-Stock Company into One member Limited Company.
- Convert the Company from One or Two members or more Limited Company into Joint-Stock Company.
- Outside Industrial Zones
- Inside Industrial Zone

Company re-registration

For the Company which was created and issued Investment License before July 1st, 2006 have right to re-register the Company, convert the Company's form and re-organize the Company's activities in order to adapt with the Investment Law of 2005.
