Additional information

After receive documents from investor and Compensation and Ground clearance Council, Hai Duong Department and Natural Resources and Environment will investigate documents. After investigating, the Department will submit proposal paper to Hai Duong People's Committee for issuing Decision of approval on compensation, support and resettlement plan and Decision on land recovery.
Within 05 to 07 working days, Hai Duong People's Committee will issue two Decision (Decision of approval on compensation, support and resettlement plan and Decision on land recovery) within a day.
