Additional information

Hai Duong People's Committee will issue Investment Certificate within 5 to 7 working days after the day of receiving proposal paper of issuing Investment Certificate from Hai Duong's DPI.

After the Certificate is issued, Hai Duong People's Committee will send 1 version to investor (or inform investor to collect - ussually by a phone call), concurrently send 1 version to Hai Duong Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Construction, Department of Finance and other related Authorities in the local.
