Number of dossiers require to submit: 2 sets of original dossiers.

Application for an appraisal of fire prevention and fighting (original)
(in written form and prepared by the investor)
2.
Power of Attorney (1) (original)
(in case investor has authorized other person(s) and/or entity to carry out administrative procedure on fire prevention and fighting on behalf of investor)
I. For the profile of designing and planning, supplement:
1.
Documents and detail planning map ratio 1:500 presenting requirements on fire preventing solutions (original)
(Those document's contents need to satisfy requirements regulated in Section 1, 2, 3 and 4, Article 13, Decree 35/2003/ND-CP dated 04/4/2003 of the Government, which is attached below)
II. For the profile of conceptual design, supplement:
1.
Investment registration certificate (IRC) (an authentic copy)
2.
Maps and Explainations on Conceptual Plan presenting requirements on fire preventing & fighting (original)
(Those document's contents need to satisfy requirements regulated in Section 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Article 14, Decree 35/ND-CP dated 04/4/2003 of the Government which is attached below)
III. For obtaining approval on constructing location, supplement:
1.
Land Use Right Certificate and assets attached on land (an authentic copy)
2.
Maps and documents presenting the land conditions related to fire preventing & fighting (original)
(includings: fire resistence level, distance from the work to be constructed to other works around, wind direction, high level of the work etc)
IV. For the profile of technical or construction design, supplement:
1.
Investment registration certificate (IRC) (an authentic copy)

Depending on the type of project, investor should contact relevant authorities to find out what procedures on Fire Prevention and Fighting should be fulfilled. To identify what projects should fulfill what procedures on Fire prevention and Fighting, please look at the attached file.
Investor can contact to any Consultant company for help in preparing dossiers. All those dossiers need to be certified by investor.
All documents in foreign language(s) should be translated into Vietnamese and authenticated or be given consular legalization as required by laws.
