Additional information

Hai Duong Department of Construction has authority to investigate and submit to Hai Duong People's Committee to issue Decision of approval on Detail Planning for the works which are at special level up to level II.

Economic Infrastructure Division (belongs to District People's Committee) or Urban managing Division (belongs to Chi Linh Town and Hai Duong City People's Committee) has authority to investigate and submit to District People's Committee, Chi Linh Town People's Committee or Hai Duong City People's Committee to issue Decision of approval on Detail Planning for the works which are at level III up to level V.

(As subject to regulations at Section 2, Article 3, Decision No.11/2010/QD-UBND dated 22/6/2010 of Hai Duong's People Committee on decentralizing in the field of Construction planning, Construction investment project and Construction quality in Hai Duong province).
