After receive "Land lease payment Notice", investor will complete payment at Provincial State Treasury or any Credit Organizations which have been authorized by Hai Duong Department of Tax.

After investor complete payment, the financial management system at Hai Duong Department of Tax will present all information about the payment amount.

Through internal network, Department of Tax will make an announcement to Hai Duong Department of Natural Resources and Environment mentioning that investor has completed payment.
