Additional information

After receiving investor's dossiers, Environment Protection Branch - Hai Duong Department of Natural Resources and Environment will review and investigate dossiers then submit "Proposal paper" to Hai Duong People's Committee for issuing "Decision on establishment of Appraisal Council". Hai Duong People's Committee will issue the "Decision" within 5 working days.

After having the "Decision on establishment of Appraisal Council", the Council will hold an appraisal meeting on Environment Impact Assessment report. Representative of Environment Protection Branch - Hai Duong Department of Natural Resources and Environment will has responsibility to send the "Invitation Paper" to investor and the Consultancy Company which set up "Environment Impact Assessment report" on behalf of investor to take part in the meeting.
