After complete hand over land on field, Hai Duong Department of Natural Resources and Environment will has responsibility to prepare a complete set of dossier and send to Hai Duong Department of Finance for defining land lease price.

Hai Duong Department of Finance will investigate and issue "Decision on land price" within 07 to 10 working days. After issue the Decision, Hai Duong Department of Finance will send 01 version to investor, Hai Duong Natural Resources and Environment and other related organs in the local (usually by post).
