After receiving "Payment notice" from Hai Duong Department of Tax, investor will complete payment at any Credit Organizations in the local which is assigned by Hai Duong Department of Tax. After investor completed payment, on the financial management system of Hai Duong Department of Tax will present all information about this payment amount.

Then Hai Duong Department of Tax will issue "Written paper on completing financial responsibilities" and send to investor (by post or a phone call) and also send 01 version to Hai Duong Department of Natural resources and Environment and other related authorities in the local.
