Investor can contact any Industrial Zones trading Company in the province in regards with the need for leasing a land plot to implement the project

After signing the Minutes, investor may have to pay an advance security money to lessor (the deposit normally is 30% of total land lease rental) and after receiving the Investment Certificate, investor will have to pay the remain amount of money.
