Authenticated copies of Investment Certificate

Conceptual Plan Profile (Simple copy)
4.
Written Paper giving opinions on Conceptual Plan (Simple copy)
5.
Decision of approval on Environment Impact Assessment (Simple copy)
or
Environment protection commitment paper (Simple copy)
This document is issued by Hai Duong's IZA for projects which do not belong to the list of projects being required to submit Environment Impact Assessment
6.
Maps of factory space (original)
including factory master site planning and technical infrastructure system planning which have been agreed to supply and connect to technical infrastructure system of Industrial Zone)

Processing time is 05 to 07 working days after receiving a full and legitimate set of dossiers.
