Additional information

After receive proposal paper from Hai Duong's DPI, Hai Duong People's Committee will hold a meeting with the participation of leaders from Competent Agencies in the local. At this meeting, participants will decide to receive or refuse the project.

Within 03 to 05 working days after the meeting, Hai Duong People's Committee will issue "Announcement of approval on investment intent and location" (or Announcement on the conclusion of Chairman of Hai Duong's People Committee at the Provincial Leaders meeting). This announcement will be sent to investor (usually by post) and other related functional authorities in the province.

Base on Announcement from Hai Duong's People Committee, Hai Duong's DPI will issue Investment Certificate within 03 to 05 working days.
