Additional information
1. Outside above address, investors can submit dossiers and collect results at One door Unit - Hai Duong Department of Planning and Investment (Add: No. 45 Quang Trung Street, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province) on Tuesday and Friday during working hours.
2. Investor needs to change the Company's seal upon changing Business registration in below cases:
- Change the Company's name
- Change the Company's type/form
- Business Registration and Tax Registration of the company has not been made together under enterprise registration.
3. In case of missing the Company's seal, investors need to give notice immediately to the District Police Office where the Seal has been lost.
Upon receiving permission of changing the Company's seal from Authority Organ, the Company need to give a notice to Department of Tax, Department of Custom and other related Organs which the Company has been working with such as: Bank, Post Office and Telecommunication, Electricity etc.
