Welcome to Hai Duong eRegulations system

Hai Duong eRegulations system is an online database designed to bring total transparency to investment procedures in Hai Duong. It is brought to you by the Foreign Investment Agency of the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam in corporation with Hai Duong People's Committee.

You will find here descriptions of investment procedures inside industrial zones and outside those special zones. There are, in Hai Duong, more than 18 industrial zones with adequate infrastructures where investors can establish their factories.

Procedures are detailed step-by-step, from the user's point of view. For each step you have access to the contact details of the entities/offices/persons in charge, forms and requirements, costs, duration and laws.
